  1. This machine incorporates the intelligent level sirocco and rapid infrared heating technology system, equipped with specially designed blower fans, speed stability and uniform temperature, suitable for uninterrupted soldering LED and BGA components.                                                                                                                                           
  2. This machine is equipped with the crawler-type mesh belt and five temperature area heating systems, and each temperature area uses independent PID control for up-down heating temperature adjustment allowing better management of the temperature thus delivering a more accurate and well-proportioned thermal performance, it takes typically 15 minutes to let it heat up to the working temperature from the ambient room temperature.
  3. Intelligent temperature wave heating type, oversized capacity wave selection, has eight temperature waves can satisfy various soldering technological requirements.
  4. Uses programmable technology, preset the temperature wave memory storage function, to complete the whole reflow process automatically according to your preset programmes.
  5. Has thermocouple temperature measurement and add the compensation circuit, to make the temperature measurement more accurate.
  6. Use PID intelligent temperature control technology, to make the temperature control more accurate. Utilizes the imported large current solid-state relay non-contact output to effectively avoid IC or circuit board damage due to the rapid or uncontrolled ramp-up of temperature, makes the whole reflow process safer and more controllable.
  7. Transmission system uses an imported frequency conversion motor, PID closed-loop speed, equipped with the import 1:150 turbine speed reducer, smooth operation, speed adjustable range 0-1600mm/min.
  8. Utilizes an independent wheel structure and special stainless-steel strut, durable wear-resisting runs smoothly, speed precision can reach 10mm/min.
  9. Independent cooling zone, to ensure the PCB boards low temperature when the required.
  10. Easy operation interface, perfect LCD display, no need to connect with the PC, you can watch the whole process very clearly.
  11. Ergonomic design, practical and easily operated. Good build quality but at the same time light weight and a small footprint allows the TA-960 to be easily bench positioned, transported or stored.
